Rules: winners must be U.S. Citizens and 18 years or older and reside within 50 miles of Sacramento. Prize may be void if event is cancelled, without notice.  Deadline for entry is 72 hours prior to start of event.  Winner to be determined based on the correctness of the answer to the question by Sacvibe and notified within 24 hours of said given answer.  No cash value will be awarded or exchanged.  Sacvibe.com is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from attending any event to which tickets are awarded.  Winners are not eligible to win twice within 30 days.   Contestants may submit up to three answers per day.
